Podium Financing, LLC ("Podium") operates a technology platform that facilitates connections between consumers seeking vehicle financing and independent specialty lenders. Podium is not a lender, loan originator, mortgage broker, bank, or credit services organization. Podium does not make credit decisions, set loan terms, guarantee approval, or act on your behalf in any credit transaction.
All lender responses, approvals, financing terms, and offers presented through the Platform are provided by and subject to the independent underwriting criteria of the issuing lender. Podium makes no representations or warranties regarding the availability, terms, or approval of any financing offer.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to use the Platform. By submitting a financing inquiry, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful.
Availability by state. Podium operates on a phased, state-by-state basis. As of September 2026, the Podium marketplace is available in the following jurisdictions: AK, AL, AR, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, MA, MI, MN, MS, MT, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NY, OH, OR, SC, SD, UT, WA, WI, WV, and WY. Podium is expanding availability over time as it completes any state registration or licensing required. If Podium is not yet available in your state, you may still submit your information and we will notify you when Podium becomes available there.
When you submit a financing inquiry, you authorize Podium to:
Submitting a profile to Podium is not an application for credit from Podium. Any application for credit, final approval, and financing transaction is between you and the participating lender. Submission does not create an obligation on the part of any lender or guarantee that a lender response, approval, or financing offer will be made.
Podium does not charge you to submit a profile, receive lender responses, or review the information made available through the Platform.
Podium is compensated by the lender network, not by you. When a deal funds, the participating lender pays Podium a success fee. Podium does not add its success fee to the lender's rate or to the amount financed. Receiving an offer does not guarantee final approval or funding by any lender.
You represent and warrant that all information submitted through the Platform is accurate, complete, and not misleading. Submission of false or fraudulent information may result in immediate termination of your access to the Platform and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. PODIUM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PODIUM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. PODIUM'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
Credit decisions are made solely by independent participating lenders. Each lender is responsible for complying with the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (15 U.S.C. § 1691 et seq.) and all other applicable fair-lending laws. Podium does not discriminate on the basis of any characteristic protected by applicable law.
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and the Podium brand mark, is the property of Podium Financing, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any Platform content without express written permission from Podium.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Volusia County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Podium reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with the revised effective date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
