A buyer completes one profile. Podium reads it against the criteria each lender has put in writing, and sends it only where it fits. What arrives is a structured request, not a raw lead and not a name and a phone number.
From there the deal is yours. Your underwriting, your pricing, your documents, your relationship with the borrower. Podium does not sit in the middle of it and does not speak for you.
The platform is built and tested end to end, and ready to route.
Criteria. You state the box. Product, collateral, structure, geography, anything else you want held to. Routing follows it.
Buyer data. Restricted by written agreement to the specific financing request it was submitted for. It is not used for anything else.
